On 31 March 2026, ISTRABENZ PLINI d.o.o. successfully completed the acquisition, thereby including in the Istrabenz plini Group the new company BRALA PLIN d.o.o., which is 100% owned by ISTRABENZ PLINI d.o.o., based in Bakar.
The newly established company BRALA PLIN d.o.o. was entered in the Croatian court register on 21 January 2026 and, as the universal legal successor, took over the entire liquefied petroleum gas business of the transferring company BRALA d.o.o.
The newly established company BRALA PLIN d.o.o. continues to operate on the same market and to the same extent in the field of liquefied petroleum gas. High standards of safety, reliable customer supply, quality products and professional relationships with business partners remain in place.
