Therefore, when conducting video surveillance, we strive to cover only the areas that are strictly necessary.<\/p>\n<p>All areas covered by video surveillance are clearly marked as such.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> Legitimate interest \u2013 protection of persons and property in accordance with Article 26 of the Act Implementing the General Data Protection Regulation (Official Gazette No. 42\/2018).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Use and Processing of Video Surveillance Data:<\/strong> The data controller has implemented a system for automatically recording access to or use of the footage, including who performed these actions, when, and for what purpose or legal basis.
